A Friendly and relaxed household of working professionals and a great place to stay! The people living here are friendly and quiet - often away for work and the house is kept in a good and clean condition.

The house is just off the Perth Road, a short walk from Dundee University but is far enough away that the street is quiet and tucked away from the main traffic in the area.

In addition to the double room which is well furnished and has a good sized walk in wardrobe, there is a shared bathroom, lounge, kitchen / diner and utility room. There is also a small, private garden to the rear of the property which is maintained fortnightly.

The bills are really reasonable and work out around £130 per month including gas, electric, broadband and council tax (if applicable to you).

The broadband is really reliable and fast.
