My partner and I are renting out a room in our house on Albert Street.

Due to demand for our room we are looking to offer it to lecturers or post docs - given we are both academics at the university.

We live in a a beautiful period property in a quiet area.

We are renting out the whole of the bottom floor which includes a room with a double bed (incl. new mattress), massive built in wardrobes, and own private bathroom.

You would also share our kitchen, dining room, and living room, which are really lovely and spacious.

The kitchen includes a rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, and large american style fridge freezer. We have recently put in new oak flooring and it also has underfloor heating.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The living room has a gas fired fireplace and lots of comfy seating.

Outside there is a garden and has a bbq and pizza oven!

I like cooking and having dinner parties (hence pizza oven) so if you like to cook (or eat) than this would be a good place for you! My partner does yoga most days of the week and is keen on running.
