My flatmate has recently moved out so i have a spare single room available for £400 per month including bills. I'm a postgrad at Durham so another postgrad/ mature student is preferred. I would prefer a female tenant, but would consider a male also. Looking for someone tidy, respectful and chilled to join me in my lovely flat :)

The flat is in Newton Hall in Durham (DH15YJ). It's a really nice area with lots of green space and nice walks around. It's 30 min walk through farms/ forest into town but also on a good bus route and has parking available.

The flat is ground floor and has gardens front and back, is fully furnished and has most things you should need. I have 2 lovely cats so being a cat lover is a must! :)

I'm a final year bioscience master's student so am fairly busy with work but up for chilled evenings watching films and sharing dinners. Am fairly sociable but pretty responsible and tidy. I used to be a chef and love outdoorsy stuff.
