I am currently in the ensuite bedroom so I never use the main bathroom and there is a guest bathroom downstairs so it would be completely private. The room is a small double. Broadband included. I am a student. The room is new, no one has used it before. Women preferred please. The house is a 3 bedroom (1 room is a small study) and 2 and a half bathroom house with a garden. The area is nice and quiet, and there is space for 2 cars for parking. I have a small toy poodle, he is really quiet and generally stays with me most of the day, so people with other dogs are welcome! The kitchen already has a washing machine, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and oven included. I am a fairly clean person, so i'd like someone conscious of keeping the communal spaces reasonably tidy.
