Flat is available on a short-term basis as of tomorrow. I have a spare single room for £100 per week, including bills. Female postgrad/ mature students preferred. Looking for someone tidy, respectful and chilled to join me :)

The flat is in Newton Hall in Durham (DH15YJ). It's a lovely area with lots of green space, nature, and nice walks/ cycle routes around. It's a 30-minute walk/15-minute cycle through farms/forests into town, but it's also on a good bus route and has parking available.

The flat is away from the main roads so it is really quiet and peaceful. It is on the ground floor and has leafy green gardens front and back. It is fully furnished and has most of the things you need. I have 2 lovely cats, so being a cat lover is a must! :)

I have just finished a master's degree and am enjoying a few relaxing months in Durham, working in a local restaurant while I am job/ PhD hunt. I am hoping to go away in July, so you will have the flat to yourself for a month then. As I said, I have two lovely cats that would love some affection while I'm gone. If you were willing to feed them, that would be a big plus, but I do have friendly neighbours that could do this also or if you wanted to travel while I was gone.
