Passing on my tenancy from July 2024 until end of 2024 with option to renew long-term.
A beautiful and cosy 2-bedroom house with small garden at the beginning of Langley Moor just down the road from Neville’s Cross. In walking distance to Lidl, Tesco, coffee shops, charity shops, surrounded by beautiful walks and park. Next to the bus station (10 min drive to Durham centre), 35 min walk to science site, 20 mins by bike (I have mine on offer as well).
Spacious, bright room with beautiful view, queen-size bed. Shared kitchen, bath, living-room, garden, washing machine, dryer.
My lovely housemate (final-year PhD, female) will stay until October (from where on it should be easy to find a new sub-tenant for the second room).
Costs:
Rent: 400£ per room/month (800£ entire house)
Bills: 60-120£ pp/month (depending on heating season)
