There is a double room to rent in this student house share with 3 other girls. House has a shared kitchen and lounge. Upstairs thier is a bathroom and separate toilet which is shared. Outside their is on street parking which you'll need a permit for and there is a big garden. Bills and internet are split between 4 people.
I am moving out due to needing to be closer to my work placement and need a student to finish my contract. There is a minimum of 5 months and can stay longer after that.
I am looking for a female who is friendly and clean. 2 of the girls are currently on thier master's and one doing an undergraduate, the house is generally clean and quiet, i am looking for someone who is similar.
The landlord is friendly and does check the property every few months. Please contact me if interested in viewings.
