Hi, I’m currently living in this 3 bed and will need two replacement tenants for those rooms, come August/September.

Must be either mature, masters or PHD level students. The house is excellent value (and since the video’s recording has had double glazing fitted) and is close to UEA and also town.

The en suite room is 400 and the other is 350

I’m a mature creative writing and lit student who mostly works from home. It would be great to have people who want to hang out once in a while (love a movie night, having a few drinks etc.) but generally I do keep to myself as I am busy on my projects. This house is ideal for tidy people who want peaceful refuge from their studies or indeed, a place to study.
