A spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a range cooker, new Siemens washing machine (dryer in outhouse), microwave, all pots pans, crockery and utensils.
A sunny south facing lounge with leather sofas and tv; fast broadband.

I am a private landlord and aim to ensure a peaceful, homely and well maintained house for the 4 postgrads who live there - currently from Vietnam, Albania and England.
