Hi! I'm moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over from 15th January 2026. The contract ends on the 14th of September, 2026.

It is a single furnished room in a shared house. The rent is £580 per month; all bills included (gas, electric, water, internet). A washing machine and dryer are also included. The kitchen, living area, bathroom, and toilet are shared with 3 other housemates.

There are 2 fridges; you will be sharing one with another roommate. An oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster are also available to use in the kitchen. Basic utensils are available in the kitchen to cook, but you can bring your own if you'd like!

A cleaning team comes every other Thursday/Friday to clean the shared areas. Council tax is not payable as this is a student-only let.

The property is a 5-10 minute walk to the university entrance.

We're all postgraduate students, and the girls are really nice and friendly! We enjoy socialising together but also respect each other's space, especially during exam time. It's a supportive, relaxed atmosphere.
