Hi, we are looking for a replacement tenant for a 4th housemate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom + 1 toilet house. The house has a nice sized lounge, garage, and a patio garden. The estate has plenty of free parking space. We are a 30 min walk to UEA and 4 min from the bus stop which connects to the city centre and campus.
