We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract.

Bedroom 6 in the video is available from 15th February with the contract finishing on 14th September 2026. The current tenants are all postgraduate students doing a mixture of MA’s and PhD’s.

Together with the six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large back garden. The house is opposite a supermarket and in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
