A fully furnished and detached, 6 bedroomed house within a 20 minute walk of UEA. It features fast broadband and a twice monthly cleaner. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the 12 month contract.

For the next academic year there will be one remaining, male PhD student.

Together with the six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large back garden. The house is opposite a supermarket and in a peaceful cul-de-sac.
We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
