MUST LOVE BIG DOGS!

Luna is a Romanian rescue who is soppy, gorgeous and huge! She also sheds her hair a lot.
When we travel she do does too. We have a mobile vacuum that comes out downstairs & she's de-fluffed regularly just to keep on top of her hair and she is not allowed in the bedroom but her hair is not for the likes of people working in a clinical setting.

My partner and I live here, but often travel and work a lot of evenings and weekends. We’re really used to living with people and have had lodgers/guests from all over the world.

The room bedroom has a double bed, one wardrobe, one desk and shelves.
It is a pretty standard Maisonette with separate toilet/sink downstairs, bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, large living room with TV, spacious kitchen and front and back yards. .

We are besides Eaton Park and literally two streets away from the UEA.

Who are we?
We are busy but relaxed people that like a tidy house but don't spend all day cleaning.
We don't wash up until the end of day, sometimes it does carry over until the next day.
.
We travel a lot, you don't have to, but please respect the house when we're gone.
We do a lot of creative arts.

I should also say, we don't need the heating up that high in this house. You do have your own radiator in your room that you can turn up and down at your will but the house in general is cool to warm, your room is always the warmest as it has the hot water tank next to it. Just a thought that if you like 25 degrees this is not the house for you, we then to have the house at 18 - 23 over winter.

In the past we've had a professional cleaner twice a month for all communal areas. This is not happening at the moment but if we reinstate it, will be part of the current rent. So no extra costs added later.

Rent is broken down into /350 for the room, £200 for bills which includes everything. House has good WiFi.

For longer stays, we will expect a months rent up front with a deposit of £550, we'd have a chat after 2 months to see if we are happy with everything. Deposit kept if notice not given. Notice must be 2 months.

Safe and quiet area, by park, close to bus route via UEA- City Centre, parking is permit which would be your responsibility and there is parking on other roads.
