Hello!

We are three women in the UEA Creative Writing master's program looking for a fourth housemate. Our home is located on College Road, about a 35-minute walk from campus, and a 30-minute walk from the city centre. Rent is £468 per month, and utilities average to about £60 per month. There is also a £430 damage deposit.

A bit about us: We are a social house with a prolific DVD collection! We love watching movies together or just having a nice chat over food and wine.

The house technically has five bedrooms, one of which we use as a writing den, with a cozy window seat.
