Hiya, we're Maz and George. 2 PhD computer science students. One of our flatmates is moving to China, so we're looking for a flatmate to replace him. You would have your own fairly spacious 1st-floor double bedroom. You'd be sharing the bathroom with one other person. We also have a kitchen that we like to keep tidy and a shared living room with a weights bench, tv and a ps5. The move in date would be 1st September 2026. Rent is 395 + bills, which add up to around 450. There's parking space in the flat parking lot, a communal bike shed with a pin lock, and we have 150Mbps wifi.
