(I) 2 bathrooms- one has a bath and the other has a shower
(II) The kitchen surprisingly has two fridges (yes we were shocked too)
(III) One washing machine.
(IV) The kitchen has a lot of storage. Like, A LOT. There's also a storage under the staircase.
(V) The backyard is an Alice in the Wonderland situation. First it looked tiny but then there was this secret archway hidden behind bushes and lo and behold, a huge garden. So plenty of space to run around.
(VI) We are 5 mins walk from Dereham Road so all buses that run to the city and UEA are nearby (26A and 21).
(VII) There's an Aldi's and Morrison's 16 mins walk away
(VIII) And we are near the Bowthorpe Park and a lot of good nature walks (we walked back from there to the uni once just for experience and it was not even that tiring)
(IX) All rooms have a bed, cupboard, study table and few of them have a small storage unit too.
(X) The hall is basically a kitchen and living room so there are two couches and one dining table with 5 chairs which is further connected to the backyard through a sliding door.
We're looking for someone who can book the place immediately, ideally by Monday, the 23rd. If interested, please send a bit about yourself. We prefer someone quiet, as the rest of us like to be in our own spaces for most of the day and frequent Monopoly games. We also would like people who agree to keep the space clean and tidy and commit to a regular bin disposal chart. If you are interested in viewing the place, we are visiting the place on Friday (21st).
