Just one room left in 2 bedroom flat available from August 1st 2026 at £450 per month, excluding bills. Suitable for one more PhD student, this very comfortable ground floor flat has its own private entrance, gardens front and back and a large lockable shed outside for bikes and extra storage. It is just 5 minutes walk to UEA, but there is also permit parking available from Norwich council for 2 cars if required. There are 2 generous-sized double bedrooms (each has a double bed, a desk and chair, bedside drawers and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space), a large sitting-dining room with 2 big sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs, a kitchen with plenty of cupboards, a gas cooker, a
washer-dryer, a microwave and a large fridge-freezer. The newly-fitted shower room has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a wall radiator. The landlords are both attentive and conscientious and, as they live locally, any problems are quickly resolved. All safety measures (smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, annual gas safe certificate and 5 yearly electrical testing) all in place and up-to-date. Most tenants have stayed at least 2 or 3 years, so that seems like a good recommendation, but you are very welcome to view the accommodation in person, of course. Call or message if you need more information.
