Easy access to A11 A140, hospital, research park and UEA by car , also reachable via very pleasant cycle route
City college is a 15-20 minute walk The city centre is 25 mins walk, and there are regular buses there. Shops are also close.
You'll have a comfortable double room with your own shower room, and use of our kitchen and utility room.
The house is on the edge of the city, 2 minutes walk from the woods, marshes and river in a quiet cul de sac.

At home is me, and 1 cat.
There is a garage for bikes and off road parking

Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday let accepted. Fewer nights price by negotiation Sorry but I don’t accept 7 day a week lets.
