Ideal Flat Mate Someone must be clean and Tidy Likes Cats and reliable and doesn’t mind smokers or smokes as well. If you do smoke only in the lounge or outside only not in the bedroom or bathrooms

I smoke inside the flat lounge only during winter but only in the Lounge and not in the bedrooms or Bathrooms and outside on the balcony during summer

I am looking for someone who is not a party animal but able to have a conversation with and also switches items off when not using them as this could be dangerous and a fire risk.
