About us:
We are delighted to be offering our spacious double room for renting with immediate effect. We are two live in landlords and looking for a professional to rent out our spare room. We are sociable, enjoy cooking, watching Netflix and relaxing. We would like someone who will enjoy socialising with us but also appreciate time to themselves. The room is currently unfurnished.

About the House:
We have recently bought the three floor house in Greenwich. This boasts two spacious double bedrooms with fitted mirrored wardrobes and big windows. The room is soundproofed and has heating and double glazing. Upstairs has a newly renovated bathroom and separated toilet. The kitchen and lounge is fully furnished with utensils, a sofa and a TV. In the basement, we have a home office/ creative space. Should you ever be required to work from home, you are welcome to use this space. Additionally, we have a spacious loft. Lastly, we have a garden!

Within the rent is all home insurance, water, electricity and council tax bills included.
