A spacious and stunning new build apartment, with a view of the river Thames, just 4 minutes away from the fast Elizabeth line (8 mins to Canary Wharf, 20 mins to central London), DLR AND Thames link. The apartment has wide corridors and a patio opening from every room. There is also an underground car park and gym facilities. The current flatmate has access to a pool which she is happy to share at no extra charge.

The room is spacious with plenty of storage, space for a desk and large window / door to patio with a river view. The bathroom is also large, located outside the room.

The neighbourhood is historic and very chic, with a farmers' market just a minute's walk. Local pubs, restaurants, yoga studio and cafes are all a few minutes walk. The nearest grocery stores, M&S and Tesco, are around 5 mins walk.

You will live with a friendly and professional flatmate. I am usually very busy at work or out with friends. I enjoy staying active and fit. I am seeking a friendly living arrangement and sharing dinner and wine with my future flatmate. I am clean and respectful of my flatmate's space and expect the same in return.


Rent includes temporary car park and pool access. Rest of the bills are very nominal.

Note: There are minor differences to the furniture in the rooms which belonged to previous owners. The place looks much tidier now than when the pics were taken.
