My name is Levi, I'm currently the sole tennant of of a charming 2 bedroom Victorian terraced house in Silvertown and i'm keen to find a lodger to come inhabit this little patch of London with me - both to ease the financial cost of living here but also to enjoy the community and comradery that living with an 'good' housemate can provide.

Iv lived here nigh on four years and it is very much my home, therefore it's of great importance to me that trust can be fostered between myself and my future housemate; respect of the house we share and of each other is paramount in my expectations. That aside i welcome anyone with a warm personality and friendly demeanour to show their interest. Personality is important to me as i want this to be a homely house-share - not a hostel.

I myself am a young (relativity), friendly respectful fellow. Fitness addict, and lover of old movies, who loves a deep philosophical discussion about life and the search for meaning. I work in mental health so home is a sanctuary for me.

Onto the important stuff; Excellent transport links (1 min walk to City airport DLR station) and proximal bus stops towards Beckton/Stratford. Permitted On street parking. Fiber optic BroadBand. Oh there's a garden that come that's a bit overrun right now but will become a tiny patch of utopia (If you're also willing to partake a spot of gardening with me).
