Hi all,

I am leaving this room in the modern Royal Wharf (nearest station is Pontoon Dock - 5mins walk). It's ultra modern and you will have your own bathroom on a 3rd floor flat. Move in is flexible between early to mid August. The rent in the ensuite room is £870 plus bills which is usually around £120. This already includes access to the clubhouse which has a lovely gym, pool and sauna! The room comes with the bed, bedside tables and wardrobe as seen in the video (the rest of the furnitures are mine).

Minimum stay is until mid-November then the contract can be extended for a year further in agreement with my other two flatmates.

You will be living with 2 male professional photographers in their late 29s and a cute dog named Taco. My housemates are really nice and we didn't have any problem at all. There is also a TV and Ps5 in the living room shared by everyone.

I have already reached out to the landlord on my intention to leave and you just need to pass the referencing to move in. To pass this, you need to have a good reference and have at least £25,000 annual income (30x share of rent). Referencing will be carried out by them.
