A beautiful double room is available in my flat from 2 August when my current flat mate leaves due to relocating with work.

My partner (m 36) and I (f 42) use the other room in the flat although we don’t stay in the flat every night.

There’s a shared living area which can be used and the room comes with a private bathroom which is next to the bedroom.

The flat is on 4th floor and has amazing views over the river and a beautiful sunrise.

The flats are a 10 min walk to either King George v or gallions reach DLR station which also have small local shops/ post office and it’s also a short walk to the Woolwich ferry and foot tunnel and one dlr stop to City airport. There is a bus stop outside the complex which is a short journey to the Excel and Elizabeth line.

The rent includes all bills, although any electricity over £100 will be charged extra (I’m on a fixed rate until Aug 23), Wi-Fi, washing machine and a monthly cleaner.

I’m looking for a professional only please and no couples. I’d also like someone who doesn’t work from home who is tidy and respectful.
