A spacious ensuite double room will available to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a brand new development. that has a large bright living room with a balcony looking to the river Thames, open plan kitchen, and a separate laundry room.
I'm living in one room and using one room as my study, now looking for the right person to take the ensuite double room.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the river so you can enjoy the Thames walk paths and views.
TRANSPORT:
Lots of transport options:
1. Elizabeth line - 15mins walk to Woolwich Elizabeth line station
2. DLR - 17mins walk to Woolwich DLR station, which takes you to Bank station in 28 mins.
3. Thameslink/Southeasten - 13 mins walk to Plumstead train station where you can take direct train reaching London Bridge in around 25 mins.
MONTH RENT:
Ensuite double room to rent for £1060 including council tax and internet bills.
BILLS:
Monthly rent includes only council tax and internet bills. Other bills not included in rent are electricity, heating, water, that add up to roughly around £100-£120/month. However, the final amount depends on usage and tariffs.
YOUR ROOM:
Your room comes furnished (bed, Wardrobe, bedside table). There is also plenty of space for you to add a desk in your room, if you need to work from home.
SHARED SPACES:
* You will have full access to the shared spaces: living room with an open plan kitchen, and a balcony. The living room has a TV with streaming services (Netflix.). There is a separate storage room.
* This is a quiet, clean, non-smoking flat. Not one for parties. However, you are welcome to invite friends over and host them, as long as we keep it civil and let each other know in advance and respect each other. If you
are a party person that plans to host parties on regular basis, then this is not the right place for you.

10-15 mins walk to Woolwich town centre where you have a lot options, Tesco, ASDA, Sainsburys, Lidl, etc.
AVAILABILITY:
The room is available from 9th May 2024. But if you have special requirements about the move in date, it can be arranged.
SHORT TERM OPTION
Rent will be higher for any short term period of 5 months or less, rent will be £1200/month including council tax and internet, other bills based on usage will be split between us.

ABOUT ME:
I'm 35 y/o working in IT. I own the flat. This is my home so I am looking to share with a person who is clean and considerate. I am approachable and open to sharing with professionals or students of any background. I know some people might feel terrified when they hear "Live in landlord", but I'm very easy to live with as long as we both respect each other and take care of place. I'm more than happy for you to invite friends over and host them with a nice dinner when you feel like. Some live in landlords might restrict the time when best for you to come over at night etc, I don't mind at all whenever you come home, you are free from that as long as you keep it quiet when it is super late :).
I work full-time, travel a lot and have an active lifestyle, my weekends are at gym, hiking, spas or with friends. I'd love to have a good chat with the person I'm sharing the flat with, but also respect each other's own space and privacy.
