Due to my flatmate moving out, I’m looking for someone (preferably a woman) interested in living together.

A private room is available with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed. The rest of the house is shared with one other person (bathroom, kitchen, reception room, attic, conservatory, garden). The house is partially furnished, and you can arrange the free space however you like to make it feel like home. The house is clean, well-maintained, and free from mold.

The rent is £930 per month, council tax included, plus one month’s deposit. The contract is with a private landlord and starts from 24 June.

The house is located in Beckton, East London. Close to shops (Asda, Lidl), bus stops, and 3 DLR stations (Beckton, Beckton Park, Royal Albert).

I’m looking for someone calm, tidy, and easy-going. There is an older cat living in the house, and we’d also be happy to live with someone who has a cat.
