We are a looking to find a replacement for our lovely tenants who had to move

We are tidy, clean and looking for a like minded house mate.

The house has one Ensuite bathroom and a joint bathroom for 2 of the bedrooms upstairs.

There is plenty of storage including a small storage room on the first floor along with hallway cupboard and under stairs cupboard. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen alongside a front and rear garden. Beckton park is 1 minute walk away.

The bills are excluded in the rent (internet, gas and electricity, water, council tax)

Ideally a young working professional 23-40 would be best and someone who looks after the place as if it is their own. We are not noisy and do not organise house parties or undertake any activities that cause anti social behaviour. Beckton park is 1 minute from the house and and we are 10 minutes walk to royal Albert DLR station. The Asda and Lidl are walking distance and the buses to Canning Town and Stratford stop right outside the house.

The bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and side cabinet. There is also a chest of drawers outside in the hallway entrance that you can use.
