I am seeking a lodger for my spare room in a two bedroom flat within the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich. It has a private bathroom for the lodger. Shared kitchen. Shared living area. Shared balcony.

The flat is a two minute walk away from the Elizabeth Line.

I live in the flat! I am a professional in the financial services industry.

There is a pool, spa....wifi...no bills!

I will furnish the room in the photos with a brand new oak bed (real oak, hopefully solid!), new mattress (quality foam; Cotswold brand), an oak dresser (real oak) and clothes rack (white frame - basic but nice). So the photos might change in the weeks ahead.

There is quite a bit of storage space (in the utility room - suitcases etc) and in the closet, which you would of course be welcome to use. Lots of space!

I have printer, large screen TV...the washing machine and the dishwasher are new (high spec) and work really well...iron/ironing board. Everything you'd need!

I work 1-3 days a week from home. I am friendly and quiet and I like to keep fit (running and boxing) and I eat well. My lifestyle and atmosphere are healthy and positive.

I am looking for a RELIABLE lodger, someone who is trustworthy - no complications! Easy to get on with etc. The normal things that an owner would look for in a lodger. Someone positive, and healthy is plus.

I typically write a short contract (half a page) so that both I and the lodger have a basic understanding of what's what (this can be discussed between us so it works for everyone). I would require a proof of identity and likewise I can provide my ID to the lodger. I would prefer someone that in principle would like to stay for a long-time (4 months+), but appreciate that things can change.
