We are looking to sublet a furnished double room in our beautiful home in Forest Gate. £850 for the period. Move-in from Feb 27th until 23rd March (flexible)
About the room/house:
It’s furnished with double bed and built-in wardrobe and shelves. The room is quite spacious and has two big windows that brings in so much natural light in the day time. There’s also a beautiful grass garden with new fire pit for these cold months!
Location: Conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Elizabeth line (Forest Gate) ~10 min walk to overground (Wanstead Park) and 12 min bus ride to central line (Leyton/Leytonstone)
About your flatmate:
J is very quiet, chilled and conscientious of the shared space. She enjoys a nice big TV session often in her own room as well as cooking, and self care. J works in music and retail.
What we’re looking for:
J is pretty easygoing and is just looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the home and enjoys a nice balance of home and outside life.
