The convenience and ease of being so close to a lively high street, proximity to green space on Hackney Marshes and along the Lea, and connectivity with everywhere else in town is a great advantage.

Rent is £175 per week including council tax and a contribution of which goes to our super cleaner who comes once a week to clean all common areas. Gas and electricity bills are on top and split evenly between people.
