Spacious and tidy flat close to Stratford and Bow. Short walking distance to District Line, DLR and buses to the city and Circle line. Short walking distance to the Westfield, Olympic pool, and nice 30 min walking distance to Hackney Wick by the canal.
About myself, I am looking for a flatmate for a few months ideally the rest of 2024 and a bit extended into early 2025, however open to discuss any dates. I am easy going and always have had good interactions with flatmates in the past as I am very respectful of personal space and also sociable so you are welcome to come say hi and chat anytime. The room is becoming available because my current flatmate is leaving soon and she wants to discover and travel in Asia for a few months. If you are looking for a relaxed and convenient place to live this is the right place. Note: Housing benefit ( universal credit ) is not applicable
I have a little Siberian cat, she is quiet and very playful, I hope you like cats because she is around supervising activity in the flat all the time.
The flat specially the master bedroom has amazing views of the city centre on the left and the stadium and orbit on the right. I am renting the big room as this will give you more privacy and space. I work from home most of the time so I understand having a big space for yourself is important and I work in the conservatory area.
All services are included, the building has gym and concierge 24/7. No smoking and no couples, also no pets unless you have a small one that can be friends with my cat Luna
Sorry, the room is no longer available
