My landlord is looking for a new flatmate for our 3 bed apartment.

The double room (single occupant) is £608 + bills and comes furnished with
- double bed
- 1 NEW and very big wardrobe (integrated with drawers too)

The flat is clean, friendly & quiet.
The house is amazing: it has a big living room with plenty of storage, sofa, TV, WiFi, an huge bathroom, a big common garden and a balcony.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area,, just a 5 min walk from West Ham Station (jubilee, district&circle , C2C trains)
and just 1 stop to Stratford (buses, central Line, overground and DLR)

Me and Ele are very friendly, we are both professionals . We are tidy, clean, friendly and easy going, we have been living together for almost 3 years now!

Our landlord is very communicative and helpful, we have a really good relationship with him and is always willing to help and assist when we have a query or need anything

We are looking for someone that is tidy and clean, respectful and of course considerate, we do not have a preference between students or professionals, but please mind this is not a student apartment.
