The room is for one person only. The house is cozy, with a pleasant vibe. I'm looking for someone, friendly and clean and experienced in flat sharing. No privileged millennials, please. We don't have a cleaning person separately so you should be up for a bit of weekly cleaning.

The house comprises 2 toilets so there would be no chaos to use them in an urgency. 2 washing machines to wash and dry quickly so you don't need to visit the laundrette. Spacious kitchen, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Television, cozy sofa to chill, beautiful backyard, and friendly housemates.

The landlord is a helpful, no-nonsense guy, and the neighbors are nice and quiet too.

When it comes to transport facilities, there are the district and Hammersmith Lines from Upton Park Station and lots of buses going everywhere in London, Oakdale road bus stop 3 minutes walking distance from the house. It's a popular area, with, restaurants and shops, and a park, all-Indian grocery markets, Queens market, Lidl, Tesco, Iceland, as well as a Gym around the corner.
