Hi there! My current flatmate is moving out shortly and a double room will be available in the house. The owners have rented out the first floor of the house, and both the rooms (mine and potentially yours) are on the first floor, as well as a kitchen and washroom to be shared between us.
While the rent displayed is for a single flatmate (female preferred), couples are more than welcome to enquire as well - the rent for couples renting the double room would be £1300.
I'd prefer a flatmate(s) who's neat and tidy, respects others privacy but also has fun socialising sometimes. I personally love reading and going out to parks, museums, theatre etc. when I have the time, and would love someone who shares similar interests, but no problem if not, you do you!
