Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern E20 building, perfectly located right opposite V&A East and Here East.
The Room & Flat
• The Room: A bright en-suite bedroom with plenty of natural light, underfloor heating, and loads of storage.
• The Flat: A modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. You’ll be taking the en-suite room (1:1 ratio).
• The Flatmates: You’ll be living with two super easy-going and lovely people. I’ve lived here for three years and have truly enjoyed it. They are happy to jump on a call for a "vibe check" to make sure it’s a good fit!
Costs & Terms
• Rent: £1,220 per month.
• Bills: Split 3 ways (approx. £100 per person, including Council Tax).
• Dates: Looking for someone to move in mid-February or 1st March.
• Flexibility: The current contract runs until June 2026 (with an extension through June 2027 planned), but the tenancy is flexible—you can stay long-term or move out with a 2-month notice.
