The warehouse has an open-plan communal kitchen and living room space. Three bedrooms are downstairs and six upstairs. We have two bathrooms, each with a shower.

The warehouse houses eight others (relatively few for Fish Island) who often have differing schedules so it never feels too busy. All of the housemates work or study in creative industries. Everyone enjoys good food and chatting/watching films in the evening. Although we have parties/gatherings on occasion we are not a party warehouse, largely the space is used for working from home and/or just relaxing, so the room would be suitable for a working professional.

This is a 4.5 month sublet from the 1st December until the 1st April 2026 (the move out date can be flexible), although short, you can more easily find longer term rooms in Hackney Wick once you're here/part of the community groups on WhatsApp, so don't be deterred if you're looking to live in the area!
