Hi, I’m traveling for about 10 months and I’m looking to sublet my room. Please let me know if you are interested. It’s a double room, with great flatmates and in a really lovely location.

It is about 7mins walk from Maryland Station and about 20mins walk to Stratford station. You have an array of local shops right outside the enclosure it’s located in. It’s really clean and very safe (I’ve come back home at night plenty of times). It’s quiet so you can also cycle around.

Flat itself is clean and homey. Flatmates keep to themselves and respect one another’s space.
As a sublet, you may not need to buy so many new things as I’ll be leaving most of mine.
