Ideal person would be quiet and conscientious, but looking to become friends rather than just live side-by-side. Must like cats! There are three cats here already, so regrettably we must decline additional pets.

Room: Large double room on first floor 3.3mx4m
Furnished with Double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Large west-facing windows (bright in summer) Shared use of small storage room.

House: Communal living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. High quality appliances, dishwasher, wifi and wired ethernet. Bike parking only outside , but with a very secure ring to chain to.

Area: 8 minutes walk from the Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth line). Also 10 minutes from Wanstead Park station. Forest Lane park 5 minutes walk away. Two larger parks within walking distance - Wanstead Flats and West Ham Park.

Bills included (council tax, electricity, gas, internet), with the following exceptions: cleaner, currently every 2 weeks. Including your contribution to this, the total would average £757 per month, or £814 if we have the cleaner every week (Which would be nice). Electricity is included unless you run your own air-con or similar.

I would not accept a letting shorter than 2 months.
