Hi All,

I’m looking for a flatmate to take the en-suite room available from 15 June 2024 in a 2-bedroom apartment in Zone 3, next to Plaistow station.

New Flatmate Preferences:

Rent is GBP 1440 per month, which includes all bills and utilities (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and internet). The flat is fully furnished and in very good condition, with bike storage available. It’s a 1-minute walk from Plaistow station (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and a 20-minute walk from Stratford station.

A bit about me: I work in tech and am from Delhi. I go to the office three times a week.

The flat includes a furnished kitchen, 50-inch TV, and a washing and drying machine. There is also a concierge service.
