Double size room in East Village townhouse, 4 mins from Stratford Station
I’m moving out to move back to the Netherlands after getting a promotion, so looking for someone to take over my room in our 4 bed townhouse in East Village;
Really nice half-furnished (comes with the bed and storage) room with an en-suite, wifi router in the room so perfect for someone that works hybrid.
The house is modern, bright and well kept, with a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. There’s also a private patio alongside access to a residents garden which is great in the summer.
Comes with all appliances:
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- separate freezer and fridge
- Bosch stove
- oven
- microwave
You’ll be living with 3 friendly, easy going professionals who are social but respectful of space. It’s a really nice, relaxed house to live in.
Location is a big plus, right by Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and a couple of minutes from Stratford Station with Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, Overground lines and direct lines to St. Pancras, plus Westfield and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
This is a tenant swap through Get Living, so everything is done properly. You’ll be added to the tenancy after referencing and deal with them directly.
Bills not included, £0 deposit
We’re really looking for someone clean, friendly and easy to live with who wants a good home and is a good fit;
Drop me a message if you’re interested!
Also flexible with the move in date, but aiming for last week of May.
