🛌The room is a lovely space, with a king size bed, good storage and loads of natural daylight.

🛁 The room shares a bathroom with just one other person, Lucy, who keeps it clean and tidy.

🚆 The flat has great transport links, with Stratford station around a 10-minute walk which has all tube lines and Stratford International just 5 minutes away, so getting around London is really easy.

🙋🏻‍♀️ A little bit about us: we’re two 30 year old professionals (Lucy and Kate) who both work in the City and are usually in the office 3–4 days a week. We’re pretty sociable and like to make the most of London, whether that’s going for a run or Pilates, finding a good wine bar or trying somewhere new for dinner.

✅ We’re looking for someone around our age who’s a fellow professional, clean and tidy, and up for being part of a sociable house. It would be great to find someone who wants a home that feels friendly and relaxed, rather than just somewhere to crash between work and weekends.

✅ We’d like to keep this an all girls flat and unfortunately can’t have students due to Get Livings income checks - sorry!

🔍 Get Living who manage East Village will do referencing and income checks to ensure you can afford the rent split. These checks should be complete and cleared within 2/3 weeks (depending on how quickly you can provide details).

🫶 We’re a friendly house and often do things together, but we also have our own friends and lives, so there’s a good balance of being sociable and having your own space.
