Hi, I'm currently looking for a flatmate to take over a room of a 2b2bproperty at Coppermaker Square from early May 2026 as my flatmate decided to move into 1b1b to live with her dog (currently staying with her friends') with more space.

The room available comes with a seperate bathroom (with a bath tub).

A bit about me:: I'm a working professional with flexible WFH arrangement. I am down to the earth friendly and like to keep the place clean.. like desserts and baking, yoga, shopping, painting museums and hanging out with friends.

Ideal flatemate:: clean and like to keep the place clean, friendly, respect each other's privacy and own space, treat the flat as his/her own home.

Excellent amenities there in CMS.. gym, spa, swimming pool, coworking place, etc..
