Hi everyone!!!
I’m looking for someone to share this amazing place I’m already living in, now that my flatmate is moving out when our lease ends.
The place is a big flat, on the second floor, located at Fairfield Road, 8 minutes walk from Bow Road, less than 5 minutes from Bow Church.
The Flat is bright, with lots of natural light coming in at all times, clean and super spacious. We have a massive living area, with a big tv and lots of space to have people over for an occasional dinner and/or party. Various shops and pubs around. Bus stop is just across the road.

You’ll be renting the second room and sharing it just with me. I’m a Brazilian professional that goes out for work every week day, so if you need to wfh, you’ll be having lots of peace and quiet.
Rent is £1100 every 9th of the month + bills (which comes around £140 each) plus 6 weeks deposit.
I am a quiet and super tidy person, but I love an occasional party, festival, Netflix night, drinks in or a good pub sesh.
So I’m ideally looking for someone who’s LGBTQIA+ friendly, who’s tidy and chill and I could become friends with.
