The bungalow isn’t on a road, so when you step outside, you’re greeted by a peaceful green space in front and a private garden at the back — perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet read.

It has a great location too:
Hackney Marshes, the Olympic Park, and Victoria Park are all right nearby, and
Stratford is just around the corner. From there, you’ve got access to the Jubilee Line (great for getting to Canada Water), the Elizabeth Line (only about 20 minutes to Farringdon), the Central Line, and trains with one stop to King’s Cross.
The closest station is Hackney Wick on the Overground, which is super handy too.

Re the rent - it is about £1900 - including all the bills, council tax, water, electricity and gas etc.
