Double room available in our beautiful LGBT creative Warehouse (Allies welcome!) located just off the canal in Hackney Wick, in the heart of Fish Islands artist community.

You’d be sharing with 4 other cabaret & circus performers. Live/work shared space. Main space is sometimes used for rehearsals/ aerial circus training.

Friendly, fun & chill vibe. No drugs/Not a party house: we keep at home zen and party elsewhere!

No window in room, but plenty of daylight in the main space.
Bathroom with bath. Giant shared living room, kitchen, dining & rehearsal live/work space.

Varying schedules: some of us work in the day/others at night. We’re mindful of each others sleep schedules but noise can travel so ear plugs are recommended/ this property is probably not best for super light sleepers.
