The flat is nicely furnished -as you see it in the pictures- and is 3 minutes walk from lovely green areas like Victoria Park, the canal and and 5 from Hackney Marshes, very close to London fields and Broadway Market too. Oxford Circus and Bank are about 30 minutes.

About you; Please be nice, respectful, clean and no dramas. Please feel free to add your social media links -if you have any- so I can see what you like, it's not about the followers!

You'll be sharing the flat with a lovely guy who'll be quite busy with work.

A small deposit before moving in is required and it'll be transfer back to you went you leave.

The flat is a non-smoking flat but please feel free to smoke outside in the mews.
