Looking for a new housemate to move into an en suite room in a 2 bed flat in East Village. The flat has a balcony, underfloor heating, dishwasher etc, and is a 10 mins walk to Hackney Wick.

I’m French/American, used to be in academia and now work for a tech start-up. I enjoy electronic music, cycling, travelling and cooking.

Looking for someone easy going but willing to take care of common areas and help keep the flat clean and tidy.

The contract is flexible - the tenancy is up to 36 months but there's a 2 month break clause so you can leave anytime. No deposit if you pass the credit check.
