Hello! We have a sublet of a room available in our cosy and spacious warehouse in Fish Island/Hackney Wick. The room is available! There no need to ask if its available! Please read the entire ad if you wish to inquire. We will not be responding to people who message one sentence inquiries, or who have clearly not read the ad.

The room is available July 9 through August 16. It is £570 for the entire period with a £150 deposit that will be refunded at the end of the sublet assuming there is no damage. The rent includes all bills (council tax, electricity, internet etc.), and a house kitty to cover toilet roll, cleaning supplies, tea, spices/oil etc, and general communal items. It is a double room with a mezzanine bed. Sheets and towels provided, No window sadly but the room is kitted out with smart lights to make it feel more light and bright and has an air purifier and fan to keep it from feeling stale. We'd expect you to pay upfront and we are looking for someone for the entire period.

Our place is located on Fish Island, a short walk away from both Victoria Park and the Olympic Park, and all warehouse community things the area offers.

We are a friendly, chilled bunch aged between 27 and 38, who enjoy spending time together in and out the house, cooking meals, talking about our feelings, watching films and general wholesome home vibes. Not a party flat.

You will be living with an actor/comedian, support worker, and a woodworker/furniture maker among others. It’s a really friendly atmosphere and we're looking for someone equally warm, weird and wonderful to join us. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.

We require an in person viewing between the 29th of June and the 3rd of July to meet the roommates and see the house. If there is an overwhelming number of responses we may not be able to get back to everyone, so sorry!
