Looking for someone to join my lodger Imogen and her cat Mars in my Victorian house in Forest Gate. I'm around too, but not that often.
The house is a 3 bed period property with a living room as well as a separage dining/second siitting room. So there is a lot of shared space. In addition there is a large roof terrace and a small courtyard garden.
The room available is a double, is bright and comes furnished. I have my own bathroom, so you would only be sharing bathroom facilities with Imogen who is in her early 30s. She has a hybrid job at an events tech company in Dalston and comes with a little black cat called Mars. Imogen loves cooking, gardening and photography, and is often out seeing friends or at the gym.
We are ideally looking for a friendly female who is tidy and communicative. We were thinking 30+ but would consider someone in their very late 20s. It would be great if you love animals and would be happy to help feed Mars here and there from time to time.
The house is located on a quiet residential street a 10 minute walk from both Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth line) and Wanstead Park Station (London Overground Suffragette Line), and super close to Wanstead Flats park.
Well situated for shopping at Westfield or the supermarkets on the high street. There are also a couple of convenience shops within a minute's walk.
The rent is £1,000 per month and bills are roughly £150 per month, which includes a cleaner once a week.
If you like the sound of this and think you'd be a great fit I'd love to hear from you!
